Started by xNAUT when an agent holding this plugin runs. Nothing is installed globally.

Setup

Needs gcp-oauth.keys.json in ~/.gmail-mcp before it will start — a Google Cloud OAuth client, not just a key. Verified 2026-08-15: without it the server exits immediately.
